Your art can be rather uneven, it is like the art level goes up and down.

Yea, you can see the differences, although they arent huge.
I see them as sisters. Are they? That would be cute.
Hm.... i think i saw some sort of profile for your old OC.
Silly, i cant remember her name nor age. Probably over 18.

With name, age, height etc.
It seems like you haven't finished the coloring yet. Still, it is good as it looks now.
Naturally, it will get even better with more colors. It can give so much more depth and feeling than few colors.
The shading is pretty good, doesn't seem to be complected either.
It have been a while since i have seen your art, so im not sure if you gotten better or changed your style.
From what i can see, it pretty much remain the same as before.
Not to forget that you can draw in different ways/styles now and then, which add more complexity, originality and possibilities into your art.
Your OC characters have nice proportions, length, are cute, charming, sexy and feel alive.
Im not sure, but it kinda feels like your were a little rushed when drawing them or tried new things, or maybe got tired after drawing for long?
Just some small things, that due to me, lower the general feeling and quality of your pic a bit.
First thing, their ears. Some are sharp, while others can be sharp and bent upwards.
The right ear on your old OC is completely different in its edge, it is a little more furry compared to the other ears in the pic.
It give of a little bit of messed up expression. As if her fur weren't clean at that ear or something.
I think they should have been made more the same and less varied.
Secondly, their mouths, or the lines forming them.
Your new OC's mouth is a tad too roughly drawn.
It would have been better if you had made it smoother
The mouth of the right lady, i would say you nearly started to make it into something else than intended.
Especially the right line going upwards, a little more and it could give the expression of an open mouth.
If you could decrease its length in par to the left upward line of her mouth, it would get easier to see the mouth as you planned to.
In the end, i appreciate your pic. It lights up quite a lot.
It is another favorite to the list ^_^.

ohh yeh I drew this spontainously at 2 in the morning because I missed jack... and instead of calling him I decided to draw.. because I don't wanna call him so much cuz it's awkward... It's very rushed because I had work the next morning so needed some sleep. Yeh I haven't really had much time to draw, but with him gone I might use that time as drawing time so you'll see more work from me soon... I dunno I guess art first I thought If I drew something he'd call me and wanna talk about it ... but I guess thats just not how life works =/ still I'll keep drawing... he commented on it... thats a start I guess
